Lead design, development, governance and support of Microsoft platform solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse). Drive integrations, automations and ALM/DevOps practices, enforce security and governance, mentor developers, conduct design/code reviews, and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, supportable enterprise solutions.

Design, develop and maintain automated tests for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Execute functional, regression, integration and performance testing, log and track defects, integrate automation into CI/CD (Azure DevOps), and improve automation frameworks and testing metrics in a regulated financial environment.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to introducers and customers, qualify referrals, book adviser appointments, provide case updates, meet sales targets and KPIs, maintain CRM and compliance records, and support Partnership Account Managers.
