Lead and establish Zodia Custody's Australian compliance and risk function. Oversee AFSL obligations, regulatory engagement (ASIC, AUSTRAC), financial crime (MLRO duties, AML, sanctions, KYC), risk and governance frameworks, and custody control oversight. Advise business and Board, run local risk committees, enhance anti-financial crime controls, and promote a risk-aware culture while collaborating with global teams to support product and market expansion.
