Provides tailored wealth and financial planning advice, sells wealth management products, grows assets under management, acquires new clients, monitors market and regulatory developments, and ensures compliance with banking, AML, PDPA, and Shariah governance requirements.

Own regional wealth management product strategy, roadmaps, launches, sales enablement, and customer journeys. Analyze sales performance, product mix, conversion rates, and campaign results to identify gaps and develop targeted interventions. Deliver product propositions, campaign plans, performance dashboards, action plans, training support, reports, website updates, and marketing collateral. Collaborate across teams to improve frontline productivity, customer engagement, commercial viability, and sales growth.

Acquire deposit accounts from individual and business customers, particularly payroll accounts, while generating leads for additional banking products. Coordinates risk and compliance committee reporting, schedules meetings, prepares agendas, minutes, and board papers, and reviews committee terms of reference. Manages escalation and tracking of potential compliance breaches, coordinates nil-breach reporting, consolidates regulatory submissions, and supports reporting to senior management, board committees, and regulators.

Lead embedding of compliance framework for Regional Wealth Management, act as liaison with Group Compliance, review regulations and product documents, manage audits and regulatory requests, design training, partner with process owners on controls and remediation, and coach staff to ensure first-line defence compliance.

Provides senior technical and functional support for Murex and treasury platforms. Responsibilities include application tuning, Oracle database maintenance, EOD/SOD batch scheduling, downstream interface and SFTP management, SIT/UAT environment readiness, technical refreshes, production deployments, access governance, audits, disaster recovery, and operational documentation.

Acquire and develop customers for deposits, insurance, investments, and other banking products through cold calling, referrals, and lead conversion. Manage account opening, debit card issuance, CASA and fixed deposit maintenance, and digital banking enrollment. Cross-sell products while maintaining service standards and complying with lending guidelines, KYC, AML, FSA, and other regulatory requirements.

Acquire and grow commercial banking relationships, manage and optimize a portfolio for funded and non-funded income, prepare credit applications, ensure asset quality and compliance, cross-sell products, meet KRA targets, and provide client servicing including site visits.

Advise high-net-worth clients on tailored wealth management solutions based on financial objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizons. Generate fee-based revenue through product sales, acquire new wealth clients, grow assets under management, monitor market and regulatory developments, and maintain compliance with banking, AML/CFT, PDPA, and Shariah governance requirements.
