Supports EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, and other regulatory reporting obligations for LME and LME Clear. Responsibilities include SQL-based reconciliations, regulatory data analysis, Python automation, reporting validation, UAT, root cause analysis, data lineage documentation, process controls, management information, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution. The role also maintains procedures, static data, and reporting processes while identifying automation and continuous-improvement opportunities.

Support the end-to-end operational lifecycle of ETFs, including creation and redemption processing, payments, reconciliations, launches, onboarding, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with stakeholders, validate agreements, deliver training, document procedures, manage testing and user acceptance, and improve workflows with technology teams and vendors. Identify risks, investigate exceptions, escalate issues, and contribute to process-enhancement initiatives.

Supports Workday HCM and Recruiting enhancements, HR system testing, process improvements, implementations, reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, data, and vendors to gather requirements, improve employee and recruiter experiences, protect sensitive data, maintain governance, and manage risks and dependencies.

Develop, maintain, and support Java-based post-trade derivatives clearing systems across the SDLC. Duties include requirement analysis, design, coding, automated testing, integration and UAT support, production incident resolution, performance tuning, documentation, deployment, and on-call/shift support.

Lead architecture and delivery of post-trade clearing, settlement and collateral systems. Manage developer teams, drive technical excellence across SDLC, ensure resilient high-throughput platforms, handle production support, incident management, and stakeholder coordination.

Support system migration and testing within Client Services Operations. Execute and verify test results, investigate issues with IT, assist external clients using HKEX portals, perform administrative tasks, and support ad-hoc projects. The role requires attention to detail, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, collaboration, and familiarity with financial services, securities, customer service, and Hong Kong or Mainland markets.

Supports enterprise data analytics and platform projects from initiation through deployment. Coordinates requirements, schedules, risks, vendors, and stakeholders while helping implement data ingestion, modeling, governance, access control, lineage, quality, visualization, and analytics capabilities. Collaborates with data engineering and business teams, applies Agile and SDLC practices, and helps deliver cloud and open-source data management solutions on time and within budget.

The role involves enhancing the matching engine's technical stack, focusing on low latency tuning, high throughput messaging, and automated testing frameworks.
