The Quality Training Specialist will facilitate new-hire training, manage re-certification, maintain training records, support improvement activities, and ensure compliance with training standards.

The Tooling Mechanical Designer leads tooling projects, designs 3D models, troubleshoots production issues, and supports manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality systems.

Use MRP and SAP tools to create production, material, and deployment schedules; liaise with Sales, Manufacturing, and Procurement; perform capacity planning, lot-sizing recommendations, inventory optimization, and participate in planning routines and meetings to ensure on-time delivery.

Support short-term (0-90 day) and mid-term supply planning for a value stream: manage MRP, production, deployment and material scheduling, resolve exceptions, use SAP planning tools, liaise with Sales/Manufacturing/Warehouse/Procurement, perform capacity analysis and recommend lot sizing and master data changes.

Define and standardize end-to-end global supply chain processes, capture business requirements, drive process harmonization and continuous improvement, support S&OP/S&OE KPIs, lead change management, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure regulatory and ITAR compliance.

Create and execute production plans using MRP and SAP tools; coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Manufacturing to meet delivery dates; perform capacity planning, inventory optimization, lead-time quoting, lot-sizing recommendations, and root-cause analysis to prevent delivery issues.

Lead category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship and contract management for MRO and CapEx spend. Perform market and financial analysis, implement supplier performance metrics, drive purchase-to-pay and compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead continuous improvement in spend management.

Provide technical leadership for polymer component design and analysis, interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams. Lead design proposals, generate/approve drawings and test/validation plans, perform failure analysis, support material disposition and continuous improvement, mentor junior engineers, and represent the company in technical meetings and presentations.
