Supports mechanical engineering projects for fluid-handling equipment, including product design, prototyping, testing, failure analysis, troubleshooting, standards compliance, and engineering analysis. Provides technical support for Graco contractor equipment through telephone troubleshooting, repairs, application assistance, customer service, product training, and field support. The role develops product expertise, communicates product issues to quality and engineering teams, maintains technical references, supports product modifications, and assists distributors, end users, and internal personnel. Occasional field travel and weekend work are required. Candidates must be enrolled in an engineering or technical program and be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Leads IT diligence and integration planning for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and transformation initiatives. Coordinates infrastructure, applications, data, analytics, and security workstreams; manages roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, synergies, and Day-1 readiness. Partners with the Integration Management Office and business stakeholders to support technology rationalization, data migration, change management, governance, reporting, cybersecurity, operational transition, and business continuity.

Manage and grow assigned territory by building distribution channels, driving sales, and nurturing customer relationships. Use CRM to track interactions, conduct site visits, support product launches, train partners, analyze market trends, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to increase product visibility and sales.
