Create schematics, single-line diagrams, wiring schedules and technical documentation; develop switchgear, UPS-backed and containerised solutions; support manufacture, testing, inspections and on-site deployment; ensure compliance with UK/European standards and drive continuous product and process improvements.

Manage F1's IT procurement category on a 16-month FTC: lead sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier performance, and renewals across software, SaaS, cloud, hardware and cyber security. Partner with IT, InfoSec, Finance and Legal to run RFx processes, commercial evaluations, contract reviews, and drive procurement improvements and governance.

Define and deliver F1's long-term corporate strategy: set growth targets and KPIs, build financial models, support annual planning and budgeting, partner with senior leaders, create business cases, and lead cross-functional strategic projects including market growth and M&A opportunities.

Lead complex cross-functional transformation programmes from initiation through delivery: shape initiatives and business cases, define governance and plans, manage scope, risks, dependencies and benefits, align stakeholders and delivery teams, and provide senior-level reporting to inform decisions and prioritisation.

Manage and maintain engineering product data and PLM processes, support design release and change management, liaise with engineering, procurement and operations, deliver PLM training, contribute to governance and continuous improvement to ensure data integrity and lifecycle control.
