Manage a complex agriculture financing portfolio, structure lending solutions, assess credit risk, execute loans, build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and provide tailored advice. The role includes mentoring team members, networking within the agricultural community, and traveling to customer operations. Candidates need agriculture or business education, relevant lending or financial experience, strong financial analysis skills, relationship-building ability, sales or business development experience, agricultural knowledge, a valid driver’s licence, and French proficiency.

Leads FCC’s ethics program, including strategy, compliance controls, training, communications, disclosures under the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, and internal investigations. Advises senior leaders, the Board, and federal partners on ethical obligations; prepares reports; and leads ethics team planning, mentoring, and development. The role requires bilingual English and French communication, strong knowledge of federal Crown corporation requirements, relationship-building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Own and prioritize the product backlog for FCC’s online and digital domain. Translate product strategy into actionable work, manage agile team delivery, develop requirements and user stories, demonstrate functionality, gather feedback, and communicate priorities and status. Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to deliver secure, accessible, customer-centered digital experiences while supporting continuous improvement and alignment with corporate goals.

Manage complex, high-risk agricultural and food industry credit accounts. Analyze financial statements, assess recovery options, negotiate repayment agreements and loan amendments, collaborate with solicitors and creditors, oversee corrective action plans, and minimize potential losses. Provide coaching and mentorship to credit specialists and internal partners while applying commercial lending, restructuring, financial analysis, credit law, and recovery expertise.

Design, build, test and deploy full-stack enterprise applications, APIs and integrations. Contribute back-end services, cloud-native and CI/CD work, participate in design and code reviews, troubleshoot, mentor peers, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
