The analyst will maintain Systems, manage requests from end users, perform data analysis, support systems, and mentor junior staff. Provides Tier 3 support and travels between campuses as needed.

Lead clinical engineering and IT functions across hospital and ambulatory sites, directing medical device integration (EMR, DICOM, HL7), device security and PHI protection, telemedicine, RFID and telephony programs. Manage biomedical engineering staff, vendors, budgets, policies, inventory, and repair operations. Develop standards, support interoperability, collaborate with IS/CISO, and participate in leadership, safety committees, and on-call rotations. Oversee project implementation and cross-divisional service models.

Analyze and manage compensation programs, conduct market analysis, ensure compliance with regulations, and partner with HR to enhance total rewards programs.
