Develop capture plans, win strategies, competitive assessments, and teaming approaches. Manage end-to-end proposals, write executive and technical content, ensure compliance with government acquisition and export controls, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to increase win rates and grow strategic pipeline.

Lead development, integration, and testing of Open Mission Systems software for a military aircraft platform. Design C++ mission software on Linux using DDS/pub-sub, service-oriented and event-driven patterns; develop service contracts, interface definitions/ICDs, and perform mission-level simulation and integration testing. Collaborate across multi-site teams and support deployment in mission-critical avionics environments. Onsite work required.

Lead FP&A for Lynx: manage OPEX budgeting, forecasting, variance/headcount analysis, KPI reporting, improve planning tools/automation, support strategic initiatives, M&A, and partner with functional leaders to drive financial performance.
