The Data Analyst will analyze large datasets, collaborate with stakeholders, develop data processes, and support data-driven decision-making to improve business efficiency.

Review, research, and validate year-end Canadian tax files and slips for accuracy; perform financial and non-financial data validations and monthly reconciliations of tax withholding and remittances. Collaborate with the tax team to distribute slips, remit to tax authorities, escalate discrepancies, support mail-outs and amendments, respond to client tax inquiries, and complete ad-hoc projects.

Lead digital experience strategy and execution by partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize web platforms. Drive lead generation, UX, analytics, accessibility, SEO, and platform governance while translating business needs to technical teams and delivering projects on time.

Work with CI Wealth and Assante advisors to identify client insurance needs, develop and present tailored recommendations, manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery to policy delivery, support advisor relationships and holistic planning, coordinate underwriting and carrier interactions, maintain pipeline and records, and escalate complex planning matters to specialists.

Lead analysis of advisor, client, portfolio, sales, and operational data to produce actionable business intelligence. Build dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting; conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities; partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, and leadership to translate requirements into scalable reporting and insights; support data governance and platform evolution to improve data quality and self-service BI adoption.

Lead investment risk management across equity, fixed income, alternatives and multi-asset strategies. Deploy and interpret risk models (VaR, stress tests, scenario analysis), monitor exposures and limits, provide risk reporting to the CIO and senior management, support ERM and Internal Audit, collaborate with portfolio managers, and recommend risk mitigation and compliance measures.

Support preparation of financial statements and reports, maintain accounting records, perform reconciliations, and assist with audits and financial analysis.

As an AI/ML DevOps Engineer, you will operationalize AI solutions, build CI/CD pipelines, and ensure production system reliability. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver AI capabilities and maintain strong operational practices.

As a Business Systems Analyst II, you will gather requirements, document processes, engage stakeholders, support testing, and ensure high-quality implementations for financial products in a collaborative environment.

Support the Special Projects Team by investigating operational escalations, testing production and UAT environments, tracking and resolving tickets, documenting requirements and meeting actions, coordinating with project and technical teams, and producing internal guides and training materials to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
