Leads enterprise-scale data platform design and implementation using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Azure Data Factory, Spark, SQL, dbt, and Power BI. Builds optimized ELT/ETL pipelines, implements medallion architecture and dimensional models, establishes governance and security standards, optimizes capacity, supports semantic models, and implements CI/CD. Provides technical leadership while collaborating with architects, product owners, stakeholders, and analytics teams.

Leads payments product strategy and modernization initiatives, including Real-Time Rail and Future State of Retail Batch programs. Partners with clients, executives, industry stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage regulatory change, product innovation, client education, and roadmap execution. Oversees strategic advisory activities and develops product team talent while balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, and regulatory requirements.

Serve as a trusted advisor delivering relationship-driven treasury and capital markets coverage to credit unions and financial institutions. Originate and execute funding, liquidity, investment, and balance-sheet solutions, lead client strategy and sales as an individual contributor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, practical client solutions and market insights.
