Owns governance of BSI’s global contingent workforce, including worker classification, compliance, screening, lifecycle management, approvals, reporting, audits, and risk mitigation. The role advises hiring managers, partners with People, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams, supports cross-border arrangements, improves processes, and serves as the subject matter expert for contingent workforce management.
