Support Institutional Capital for Real Assets by producing marketing and due diligence materials, responding to RFPs/DDQs, preparing quarterly investor reports, coordinating investor meetings and roadshows, partnering with investment and control teams, maintaining competitive intelligence and reporting repositories, and driving projects to completion.

Support monthly close and reporting for a REIT: review accounting workpapers (cash, equity, debt, depreciation, derivatives), prepare distributions, SEC reporting support, SOX and audit assistance, cash management, lender compliance, and cross-functional accounting for new investments.

Maintain Security Master data in BlackRock Aladdin, perform daily quality control reviews, research and resolve complex investment data and system issues, support audits and reconciliations, partner with internal teams and vendors, support client service, and drive process improvement, automation, and documentation.

Provide administrative support to the Institutional Capital team: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel and visas, handle expense reporting, arrange meetings and conferences, maintain files and correspondence, serve as stakeholder contact, protect confidential information, coordinate conference participation, and support ad hoc projects.

Manage day-to-day office operations for Blue Owl Japan, supporting facilities, mail/courier, vendors, travel, client events, onboarding/offboarding, regulatory uploads (FIMOS/JSDA WAN), and coordination with payroll, legal, and global teams. Provide executive support, event logistics, and maintain JSDA registrations.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GPSC Business Services Platform, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.

Lead investor onboarding, capital activity, and middle/back-office operations for funds. Oversee trade/settlement processes, vendor relationships, reporting, and process improvements while managing a team and supporting technology implementations.
