Owns day-to-day company operations, HR administration, recruitment support, financial administration, and EU-funded research project coordination. Responsibilities include managing suppliers, contracts, records, onboarding, employment documentation, invoices, expenses, timesheets, project costs, grant paperwork, deadlines, and communications with external partners. The role works closely with leadership, accountants, payroll providers, researchers, and candidates while improving processes through digital and AI tools.

Design and implement ML and deep learning algorithms for EU-funded R&D projects; conduct literature reviews, experiments, and benchmarking; build reproducible proof-of-concept systems including LLM-based/agentic components; optimize models and pipelines; contribute to technical reports and grant proposal writing; collaborate across cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
