Responsibilities include designing secure, accessible, high-performing features; integrating APIs, cloud, enterprise, and third-party services; implementing messaging, scheduling, payments, notifications, and offline capabilities; supporting architecture, testing, CI/CD, releases, production incidents, and performance monitoring; and providing technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and roadmap input.

Lead BCAA's customer experience transformation by using customer insights, journey mapping, and data to identify and prioritize improvements. Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and frontline teams to design and implement omnichannel, AI/automation, telephony, and digital self-service solutions. Define success metrics, manage cross-functional delivery, drive adoption, and coach a high-performing, customer-focused team.
