The Senior Data Analyst will lead the design and implementation of machine learning models, analyze large datasets for business insights, and mentor junior team members, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to executive leadership across US, UK, and Canada while leading a small HR team. Own HR roadmap, HRIS/reporting, workforce analytics, total rewards, compliance, employee relations, investigations, and partner with recruiting and finance to scale people programs and support organizational design, performance management, and onboarding/offboarding.
