Own first-year member journey, define KPIs, partner with analytics, marketing, engineering and operations, track outcomes via dashboards, and hire and coach a product team to drive activation, retention, and long-term member value.

Prepares arbitration filings, manages litigated files and vendors, assesses liability and damages, verifies evidence, and pursues specialized loss recovery. Communicates with carriers, counsel, government entities, and insured members while maintaining claims-system records, monitoring recovery performance, and serving as an Arbitration Forums panelist.

Provides clerical and administrative support to department staff and management, including preparing correspondence and reports, answering calls, maintaining records and filing systems, managing supplies and equipment, supporting bookkeeping and invoicing, coordinating communications, and assisting with facilities, timekeeping, and member service duties.

Participate in a structured training program to learn travel sales, itinerary creation, CRM, and lead generation. Sell domestic and international travel products, build long-term client relationships, manage the full sales cycle, meet sales goals, and engage in community networking and business development.

Provides complex administrative and legal secretarial support to attorneys. Prepares, proofreads, files, and processes court documents; maintains case management records, technical files, diaries, correspondence, billing, and expenditures; manages attorney calendars and court appearances; processes mail; prepares reports and payment drafts; and ensures compliance with court rules and law office procedures.

Leads Agile teams responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and supporting enterprise Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. Oversees lead lifecycle management, sales workflows, automation, integrations, security, data modeling, DevOps, release governance, production support, incident resolution, reliability, and continuous improvement. Partners with business and technology stakeholders on prioritization and the Salesforce roadmap, while mentoring technical staff and communicating platform health, risks, and delivery progress to executives.
