As an Engineer II at Mollie, you will develop scalable financial products, design APIs, and lead initiatives from design to implementation while solving complex problems.

Owns end-to-end regional marketing across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The role develops and localizes integrated campaigns, manages budgets, coordinates tradeshows and events, drives ABM and demand generation, and optimizes marketing performance using KPIs such as leads, pipeline contribution, brand awareness, and event ROI. It partners with central marketing, sales, and regional leadership to translate company strategy into locally relevant growth initiatives.

Lead and develop a Solutions Engineering team for Mollie Connect, drive upmarket pre-sales, design and deliver complex integrations, and influence product roadmap while remaining hands-on with strategic technical engagements.

Own the full sales lifecycle for Mollie’s Spanish SMB and mid-market merchant expansion, from outbound prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, contract handling, and onboarding follow-up. Build and manage a structured pipeline, conduct value-based selling, navigate price objections and complex sales cycles, forecast activity, and collaborate with sales engineers and customer success teams. Target merchants in e-commerce, fashion, electronics, and tourism while helping scale Spain’s go-to-market strategy.

Own and grow strategic technology partnerships in France for embedded payments: prospect, manage pipeline, build C-level relationships, close complex SaaS deals, define go-to-market strategy, and represent Mollie at industry events across Europe.

Serve as the first point of contact for merchants via chat, email, and phone; resolve inquiries, proactively advise on Mollie products, collect customer feedback, and propose improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Identify Italian market prospects, execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, social), qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings for senior sales, maintain HubSpot CRM data, hit activity and appointment targets, and complete a 3-month ramp-up.

Support Commercial Business Accounts by driving GTM execution: generate targeted lead lists, coordinate marketing launches, assist RevOps-to-commercial transitions, and research high-value SaaS vertical ecosystems to build pipelines for incoming sales hires.

Lead a team of ~6 analytics engineers across RevOps and adjacent domains, own domain metrics, set analytics engineering standards, coach staff, manage performance cycles, and deliver high-quality SQL/dbt-based data models and BI semantic layers to support commercial stakeholders.

As a Business Support Specialist, you'll be the first contact for merchants, providing excellent support and using customer feedback to enhance services. You'll resolve inquiries via live chat, email, and phone while proactively advising customers on suitable products.
