Leads VeeFriends’ LiveCommerce logistics and breaking fulfillment operation, overseeing inventory receipt, storage, sorting, order reconciliation, packing, shipping, quality control, staffing, and process improvement. Manages fulfillment and inventory associates plus flexible labor, develops capacity models and operational KPIs, maintains high-value collectible controls, and partners with technology, commerce, finance, and customer experience teams to scale workflows, WMS, Shopify, and platform integrations.

Leads global sourcing, manufacturing, supplier management, product costing, production execution, and quality assurance for collectible consumer products. Owns supplier selection, negotiations, manufacturing timelines, QA/QC standards, cost improvements, product development support, and sourcing systems. Builds resilient supplier networks, scalable processes, performance dashboards, and the future sourcing organization while ensuring products meet quality, margin, and launch objectives.

Manage the entire CRM strategy at VeeFriends, focusing on community engagement and retention through various marketing channels, segmentation frameworks, and automated flows. Analyze metrics and collaborate with creative teams to optimize campaigns and report on key performance indicators.

Support Brand Operations by maintaining integrated product and brand calendars, coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking creative deliverables, managing project management systems (ClickUp/Airtable/etc.), surfacing risks and blockers, and driving accountability across Creative, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and external partners to ensure timely execution of launches and campaigns.
