Lead Lumi's automated credit decisioning function, owning decisioning strategy, scorecard calibration, model governance, performance monitoring, and cross-functional delivery. Manage a specialist team to design and deploy AI/ML-driven decision systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and align automated risk parameters with commercial objectives and portfolio health.

Lead design and embedding of enterprise risk management framework, oversee Fraud and AML/CTF risks, run risk-based assurance and control testing, advise senior leaders, deliver board-level risk reporting, act as Board Risk Committee secretary, mentor team members, and contribute to regulatory roadmap.

Build and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring for a scalable event-driven microservice platform. Optimize database performance (MongoDB/Postgres), manage Docker/Kubernetes environments, and support emerging MLOps and agentic AI infrastructure.
