Develop joint business plans, go-to-market initiatives, co-selling motions, and partner enablement programs to drive channel-sourced revenue. Manage executive relationships, forecasting, KPIs, reporting, partner events, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.

Evolve VTEX’s custom .NET routing layer toward a modern service mesh such as Istio. Design and operate highly available, low-latency network infrastructure supporting millions of requests per second, including ingress, DNS, CDN, and service mesh components. Apply distributed-systems and service-design principles, troubleshoot critical systems, use AI thoughtfully, mentor engineers, document technical decisions, and participate in hiring.
