The role requires clear communication, prioritization, troubleshooting, and collaboration, with rotating shifts including evenings and public holidays. Desirable experience includes commodities trading, TCP/IP, SQL Server, APIs, monitoring tools, and ServiceNow.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial growth of a global energy trading platform and API. Lead venue connectivity, market data integrations, API upgrades, and low-latency capabilities while partnering with exchanges, brokers, clients, and engineering teams. Define epics and user stories, validate product-market fit through trader engagement and metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and align cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and revenue.
