Provide high-level technical support to Toyota and Lexus dealers across the region, manage field issue resolution, support pre-delivery rework and dealer training, analyze technical case quality and implement improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory and OH&S requirements while monitoring performance and reporting.

Support regional dealer network performance through management accounting, financial reporting, data analysis, and business process improvement. Build reports and presentations, identify risks and growth opportunities, coordinate projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to inform regional financial planning and franchise development initiatives.
