Leads the People and Culture function, including HR strategy, recruiting, policies, benefits, payroll, compliance, employee relations, performance management, HRIS data, and workplace culture initiatives. Partners with leaders to resolve employee concerns, administer employment programs, maintain accurate records, support organizational events, and ensure consistent, legally compliant people practices.
