Drive loan production by converting introductions into high-volume wholesale/correspondent partnerships. Build and expand relationships with brokers, correspondent lenders, and credit unions, position mortgage and equity-sharing products, manage pipeline and sales activity, and provide market feedback to internal teams to improve partner experience.
