Senior sales professional managing a book of strategic production-print accounts. Owns full sales cycle for inkjet/toner devices, software, services, and finishing. Drives retention, expansion, new customer acquisition, strategic account reviews, forecasting in Oracle CRM, and applies print-technology insights to grow accounts.

Provide on-site mail, print, scanning, shipping/receiving, and office services. Operate and maintain copiers, printers, scanners, and postage equipment. Respond to customer requests, complete print and fulfillment projects, manage supplies and records, assist with room and furniture setups, and deliver completed work across the customer campus.

Plan and execute process-engineering projects to deliver measurable supply chain improvements across distribution and fulfillment centers. Use data analysis, predictive and financial modeling, and supply-chain platforms to identify, design, and implement optimizations that generate quantifiable financial benefits.

Manage daily operations of a small-to-medium site and a small team, overseeing contracted services (print, courier, mail), achieving SLAs, staffing, quality and productivity targets, customer engagement, performance management, training, and site reporting.
