Senior Solution Consultant responsible for B2B sales of continuous-feed inkjet and workflow printing solutions. Develops and presents tailored business cases to C-level clients, generates pipeline, manages territories and long complex sales cycles, creates proposals/RFP responses, engages partners, and coordinates handoffs to pre-sales and delivery teams to meet revenue and margin targets.

Manage daily operations of a medium-to-large site and team, ensuring contract compliance, SLA performance, customer satisfaction, and staff development. Oversee staffing, training, performance management, process improvements, and site reporting while collaborating with sales and internal stakeholders to support business retention and profitable growth.

Lead end-to-end post‑merger integration for North American Tech/SW deals, from diligence through Day‑1 and Day‑100 execution. Own integration governance, cross‑functional workstreams, synergy tracking, cost-to-achieve, risk and controls, and executive reporting. Coordinate product/engineering and IT integrations, drive stakeholder alignment and change management, and institutionalize PMI best practices to realize committed value and protect customers and operations.
