Provides L3 support and technical leadership for global SAP SuccessFactors integrations. Responsibilities include resolving critical incidents, performing root cause analysis, optimizing SAP BTP Integration Suite and BIB integrations, supporting Google Cloud Apigee APIs, managing deployments, improving monitoring and automation, maintaining service levels, and contributing to technical governance, documentation, security, and continuous improvement.

Performs hardware quality assurance and design reviews for automotive ECU components and circuits. Evaluates component reliability, AEC qualification, temperature, ESD, lifecycle, EMC/EMI, and environmental validation testing. Develops quality assurance plans, reviews specifications and test reports, manages component shortages and obsolescence, supports suppliers, participates in RFQ activities, reports to customers, and develops hardware for automotive projects.

Develop and debug automotive connectivity systems across the full product life cycle. Work with cellular technologies, eSIM, CAN and Ethernet protocols, cloud communication, networking fundamentals, OTA systems, and telematics architecture. Use network analysis, CAN, and modem testing tools to troubleshoot connectivity issues and solve complex problems.
