As a Lead Gameplay Programmer at KRAFTON Montréal, you will lead a team of programmers through the development phases of a new AAA game. As a Gameplay Programmer, you will design, implement, and maintain gameplay systems for a AAA game. You'll work closely with the Game Director, Designers, and other teams to ensure the game is engaging, and you will prototype features and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.

As a Technical Artist, you will collaborate closely with artists and programmers to optimize resources and workflows. Your responsibilities will include developing artistic tools, debugging processes, maintaining asset banks for biomes, and ensuring high-quality art delivery under platform constraints.
