Support the Chief Compliance Officer in maintaining and improving compliance and data privacy frameworks for Prudential Bermuda. Responsibilities include compliance monitoring and testing, AML/ATF/APF and sanctions controls, CDD/EDD, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, stakeholder advisory, training, compliance systems administration, and data protection governance under Bermuda PIPA. The role partners with Legal, Risk, IT, and business teams to manage privacy risks, incidents, confidential information, and regulatory obligations.

Develop and execute agency recruitment strategies, manage recruitment events, oversee promotional materials and logistics, track event performance and budgets, and lead recruitment event officers. The role collaborates with marketing and other teams, ensures compliance, analyzes recruitment data, optimizes candidate experiences, and drives hiring outcomes through creative sourcing and event initiatives.

Lead marketing analytics strategy, roadmaps, metrics, and a team of analysts. Apply data mining, statistical testing, forecasting, optimization, segmentation, propensity, behavioral, and lifecycle models to support marketing, underwriting, profitability, and strategic business decisions. Partner with senior stakeholders to improve reporting, data consumption, self-service BI adoption, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Leads end-to-end underwriting for complex, high-value Bermuda life insurance cases, including medical, financial, customer due diligence, and multi-jurisdictional assessments. Supports claims adjudication, post-issuance underwriting, reinsurer engagement, portfolio risk monitoring, and fraud or anti-selection escalation. Partners with brokers, distribution, compliance, legal, and case managers, while mentoring junior underwriters and ensuring decisions align with guidelines, regulations, risk appetite, and service standards.

Support the Brand & Creative team by designing and adapting visual assets for digital, social, email, presentations, and print. Ensure brand compliance, manage files/versioning, perform quality checks, and leverage approved AI tools to increase productivity and produce quick-turnaround and campaign assets.

Lead qualitative market, regulatory, and competitor research for the Philippine life insurance market. Support multi-year strategic planning, translate insights into executive presentations, manage cross-functional initiative execution, develop prioritization frameworks, and prepare procurement and vendor assessment materials while ensuring compliance with Pru Life UK standards.

Process end-to-end policy transactions for Shield policies including client and policy-level changes, payouts, enquiries, appeals, and escalations. Administer requests per guidelines, approve payments within limits, maintain SOPs, identify process improvements, support Financial Consultants and customers, draft business requirements for tech, review UAT, and monitor implementations.

Lead qualitative market and competitive research for the Philippine life insurance market, synthesize insights into executive-ready strategic narratives, support multi-year strategic planning and execution, prepare high-quality executive communications, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and lead procurement preparation and vendor assessments while ensuring compliance with Prudential standards.

Lead technical strategy and architecture for platform engineering, drive implementation of reusable frameworks, oversee CI/CD, testing, deployments, and vendor evaluations, mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Support consolidation and analysis of group and local business unit financial results and forecasts (Embedded Value, NBP, OFSG, monetisation, IFRS17). Validate data from enterprise reporting systems, produce management presentations, improve processes, and support ad hoc tasks to ensure timely, high-quality reporting.
