The Manager of FCC Reporting & Insights is responsible for maintaining governance frameworks, developing data pipelines, and providing actionable insights through reporting for regulatory compliance and risk management.

Lead analytics to generate actionable insights across customer segments, channels, and products. Lead and establish a global High Net Worth underwriting framework for Prudential Wealth, setting strategy, governance, technical standards and operating model. Provide technical leadership on complex HNW cases, oversee risk and claims governance, drive process innovation and automation, partner with distribution and operations, and build a high-performing multi-jurisdiction specialist underwriting team.

Provide functional and technical support for the Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform (Coupa). Manage system configuration, master data, integrations, incident triage and resolution, reporting, documentation, and supplier portal support while meeting KPIs and maintaining knowledge repositories.

Lead development and delivery of Life & Wealth insurance products through the product lifecycle, provide product support to agency channels, manage cross-functional projects for regulatory and system changes, drive customer value propositions, and coach junior staff.
