Lead large-scale pension transformations, advise senior stakeholders, shape Netcompany's pensions product roadmap, support pre-sales, and drive commercial growth by translating strategic ambitions into deliverable solutions and measurable value.

Work with clients to analyse requirements, design and develop reusable .NET code, perform unit/manual testing, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate in agile, international teams while progressing through a mentor-led training program.

Operate, maintain, and expand Cisco-based global LAN and data center networks. Manage routing, switching, ACI, wireless (WLC), firewalls (Cisco/Fortinet), IPS/DDoS protection, and monitoring (Orion, Splunk). Support customer solutions and collaborate with server, storage, and backup teams.

Design, build, and automate CI/CD pipelines and development infrastructure; implement IaC and configuration management; operate cloud, container, logging and monitoring services; improve release processes and apply cybersecurity measures while collaborating with development and testing teams.

Work in an APS team to develop, support and automate cloud-native applications. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, container orchestration, monitoring, and collaborate with Java teams. Participate in on-call rotation, stakeholder engagement, and drive DevOps best practices across people, process, and tools.
