Lead technical business analysis and transformation initiatives: elicit requirements, translate business gaps into engineering work, prioritize user stories, build dashboards/reporting, produce documentation, support testing, and communicate roadmaps to stakeholders while applying Agile/Scrum and UX-focused practices.

Conduct user research, create personas, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes, partner with learning, product and technology teams, iterate based on data, and advocate inclusive, performance-focused design across initiatives.

Manage and govern end-to-end database services including design, provisioning, deployment, transition, support and continuity. Ensure service stability, incident/problem resolution, capacity and DR planning, stakeholder management, service improvement, and on-call support for 24x7 production environments.

Develop full-stack miniapps and backend microservices, translate scoped user stories into production-quality code, write automated tests, apply secure-by-design practices, participate in CI/CD and agile ceremonies, and support production incidents under senior guidance.

Lead Procure-to-Pay operations, manage and coach a team, ensure seamless offshore service delivery, provide subject-matter expertise in sourcing operations, use SAP and Ariba for spend analysis and contract management, drive continuous improvement, and present data-driven insights using Power BI.
