Support development and delivery of the Lloyd's Internal Model, analyse and validate model outputs, produce market/syndicate/member capital requirements, implement model enhancements, contribute to parameterisation and regulatory documentation, investigate major loss impacts, and mentor junior colleagues.

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and medium-term planning. Provide performance reporting and commercial insight, challenge assumptions, advise senior leaders, modernise FP&A processes with automation, and manage and develop a small team of analysts.

Lead strategic initiatives to evolve Lloyd's Principles Based Oversight (PBO) framework. Shape forward-looking market risk views, drive continuous improvement, coordinate oversight insights, influence senior stakeholders, and engage regulators to strengthen market risk identification, assessment and response.

Review syndicate capital models and submissions, assess model changes against regulatory requirements, conduct deep-dive internal model reviews, improve tools and processes, coach analysts, present findings to senior stakeholders, build relationships with managing agents, and contribute to Lloyd's Internal Model projects.

As an Actuarial Associate, you'll assess capital adequacy across the Lloyd's market, engage with syndicates, review capital models, and guide junior colleagues in capital modeling and risk assessment.
