Lead Accounts Receivable MIS: prepare daily/weekly/monthly AR reports and dashboards, track receivables and DPD, support reconciliations, drive collections analysis, manage month-/year-end receivables close, support audits, recommend MIS automation, and lead/train the AR MIS/back-office team.

The role involves inspecting vehicles, managing reconditioning, determining pricing, coordinating pickups and deliveries, maintaining inventory, and communicating with stakeholders.

Provide commercial and administrative support: prepare quotations and tender tables, initiate orders, record contracts and customers, prepare credit approvals, coordinate with other departments, and manage printing/archiving of documents.

Lead marketing activity for white-label partnerships: define and translate partnership marketing strategy into campaigns, coordinate agencies and internal stakeholders, create partner-tailored materials, run events and incentive programs, manage multiple projects to boost visibility and sales.

Maintain vehicle database and pricing parameters, manage discounts and promotional actions, liaise with manufacturers and data providers, encode commercial actions in Back-Office and websites, support Sales with quotes, debugging and reporting.

Provide accurate, timely support to customers throughout their contract lifecycle. Process contract amendments, manage enquiries and complaints, investigate issues, maintain compliant records, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve problems and improve processes. Develop product and system knowledge to become a subject matter expert.

Provide sales support to Sales Advisors, Account Managers and dealers by handling calls, managing cases, creating offers, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining strong dealer engagement to ensure collective success.

Manage end-to-end payroll and personnel administration in line with Belgian legislation. Administer contracts, FIP tool, UMF changes, monthly payroll (including 13th month and holiday pay), liaise with payroll provider, support fleet data/reporting, maintain monthly reports/KPIs, and handle day-to-day HR mailbox inquiries.
