Manage a complex commercial insurance book focused on apartment, multifamily, and habitational risks. Lead renewals, exposure collection, submissions, carrier marketing, proposal development, binding, policy servicing, and post-bind follow-up. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint Online, and Office 365. A high school diploma is required, while insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
