Build and review multi-year client tax plans and individual income tax returns; partner with wealth advisors to implement tax-efficient strategies (Roth conversions, tax-loss harvesting, charitable giving); communicate tax concepts to clients/advisors; maintain accurate billing and client records; help scale and improve the in-house tax practice.

Provide holistic financial, investment, insurance, tax, and estate planning to clients; manage complex financial plans, deliver exceptional client experience, delegate operations to service teams, ensure compliance, and grow an existing book of business.

Review and approve high-volume marketing and investor-facing content for SEC Marketing Rule compliance; conduct vendor due diligence and AI governance oversight; support books-and-records, testing, monitoring, and compliance program documentation; partner with stakeholders on training, disclosures, and remediation; manage compliance-related vendor relationships and projects.
