Owns the full client relationship lifecycle for a strategically significant technology account. Responsibilities include coordinating service delivery, projects, finance, procurement, proposals, executive reviews, risk tracking, incident communications, technology roadmaps, and account growth. The role requires proactive stakeholder management, project oversight, executive communication, and sufficient technical knowledge to align managed services with client business goals.
