Provides program management consulting for complex medical technology projects, developing strategies, governance, implementation plans, risk mitigations, stakeholder communications, and data-driven recommendations. Serve as primary client contact and Polarion subject-matter expert: administer and configure Polarion, develop reports/dashboards, train users, coordinate updates and security with IT and Siemens, draft validation artifacts, and support ALM processes across requirements, test, and change management.
