Leads the Case Coordination team, overseeing case intake, assignments, audits, workload distribution, service quality, and operational performance. Provides coaching, training, feedback, and corrective actions while maintaining policies, SOPs, and playbooks. Reviews dashboards and metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support case progression. Collaborates with Revenue Cycle, Business Development, Plaintiff Funding, referral sources, providers, attorneys, leadership, and HR to resolve issues and deliver a seamless client experience.

Participate in risk committee meetings and collaborate with department leadership to ensure timely, high-quality case coordination.

Coordinates 100–150 active personal injury cases, including medical appointments, treatment, records, transportation, and communication with attorneys, clients, and providers. Evaluates cases and makes funding decisions up to $10,000, maintains workflows, prioritizes tasks, develops professional relationships, supports service and revenue goals, and occasionally trains new team members. The position requires in-office work in Denver, Colorado.

Processes payments for approved plaintiffs seeking legal funding. Reviews cases, contracts, and funding procedures; identifies issues and returns cases for rework. Conducts identity, bankruptcy, and Military Lending Act checks, then schedules payments through Western Union, ACH, checks, wires, or Kyck Global. Requires strong attention to detail, communication, process adherence, follow-up, and computer skills.

Leads and develops a software engineering team building Libra Solutions’ platforms in an AI-native, agentic delivery model. Owns delivery commitments, technical quality, architecture, code reviews, engineering standards, CI/CD, technical debt, and AI-assisted development practices. Partners with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders while tracking delivery and system health metrics. Coaches engineers, supports hiring and retention, and establishes responsible AI, prompt engineering, and output-review standards.

Build and grow relationships within an assigned account portfolio, support Regional Directors, and help process plaintiff funding cases. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys and firms, handling calls and emails, reviewing contracts, facilitating signatures, answering case-related questions, and providing backup coverage. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Evaluates plaintiff funding referrals, applies underwriting guidelines and case information to determine approval levels, and secures attorney authorization. Manages cases through approval, follows up with attorneys and providers, prepares compliant funding documentation, maintains accurate records in CIMI, coordinates medical and lien documentation, conducts policy limit searches, and escalates delayed or higher-value cases. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and reliable on-site attendance in Las Vegas.
