Provide pre-sales technical guidance for cybersecurity products: conduct demos and PoCs, design architectures, collaborate on RFI/RFPs and proposals, validate lab tests, enable sales and post-sales teams, and maintain vendor/customer relationships.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical consulting across the portfolio: discovery workshops, demos, proofs-of-concept, RFP support, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, knowledge transfer, and customer adoption and enablement.

Provide account-focused internal sales support for assigned Major Accounts: issue quotations, process purchase orders, manage renewals, update CRM, assist external sales to upsell and cross-sell, handle administrative tasks and drive event attendance.

Lead commercial finance across Sub-Saharan Africa: set financial strategy, manage risk, credit governance and working capital; engage banks and vendors for trade finance; oversee AR/AP/credit policies and debtor monitoring; ensure supplier payments and represent finance in regional partner and operational meetings to support sustainable growth.
