Lead data management and IT solution delivery across asset management and employee incentive services. Manage teams, technology platforms, data governance, client onboarding, migrations, integrations, and operational improvements. Supports client onboarding, audit coordination, stakeholder communication, deadline management, and process improvement. The role requires knowledge of Singapore reporting standards and regulations, proficiency with Excel and accounting software, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, client-focused work.

Provide professional trust and company administration services to clients in the Private Client Department, ensuring compliance and high-quality service.

Own a diverse client portfolio and deliver accounting, reconciliations, management accounts, and financial statements under applicable accounting standards. Partner with clients and auditors to complete reporting and audits, resolve queries, and maintain strong client relationships. Leads annual budgeting and forecasting submissions, improves reporting tools and financial models, ensures data integrity, supports group sales reporting, and contributes to business cases and strategic projects.

Supports fund administrators with day-to-day administration of client funds and investment structures. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing documentation, assisting with client reviews, tax and accounting activities, billing, debt management, regulatory compliance, and responding to routine client queries. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, time management, and Microsoft Office skills, with opportunities to develop fund administration expertise and pursue a professional qualification.
