Provides premium, white-glove support to high-value business banking customers across banking, credit, and payments. Investigates complex issues, manages sensitive compliance and fraud scenarios, coordinates with risk and engineering teams, tests product features, documents process gaps, and qualifies high-value sales leads. Requires strong communication, investigative judgment, fintech customer support experience, CRM proficiency, and availability for nights and weekends.

Review KYC and KYB applications, verify identities and beneficial owners, investigate adverse media, sanctions, and PEP alerts, conduct enhanced due diligence, document risk decisions, and manage periodic or event-driven reviews. The role also supports quality assurance, process improvement, regulatory monitoring, and collaboration with Risk, Operations, Support, and banking partners while helping build Flex’s new KYC function.

Investigate transaction-monitoring alerts and unusual customer activity for money laundering, fraud, account takeover, and other financial crimes. Disposition alerts, conduct enhanced due diligence, write case narratives, support UAR/SAR filings, maintain case records, and escalate suspicious activity. The analyst will also identify detection gaps, improve monitoring rules and procedures, support quality reviews, and collaborate with Risk, Operations, Support, Engineering, and KYC teams while helping build Flex’s financial crimes program.

Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, domestic and international travel, meeting briefings, agendas, and follow-ups. Serve as a trusted first point of contact, exercise discretion with sensitive information, anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, and adapt to shifting priorities. The role requires high availability aligned with the CEO’s schedule, occasional travel, and support in a fast-paced startup environment.

Provide white-glove support to high-net-worth business owners across banking, credit, and payments. Investigate complex issues, guide VIP accounts through processes, coordinate with engineering, underwriting, risk, and compliance, detect fraud, test features, document process gaps, file bug reports, and qualify high-value sales leads.

Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, support product and regulatory matters, research laws, assist with licensing and disputes, maintain corporate records, and improve legal processes using AI and technology. The role partners closely with business teams in a fast-paced fintech startup and offers broad exposure to contracts, compliance, governance, litigation, and financial services.

Works directly with the CEO on high-priority strategic projects, market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and cross-functional execution. The associate identifies ambiguous problems, develops solutions, builds decision-making analyses, and adapts across departments as priorities change. As the team grows, this role will help recruit, onboard, and manage additional associates.

Analyze applicant and account data to support credit underwriting, fraud detection, portfolio monitoring, delinquency management, and collections strategies. Interpret business financial statements, banking data, and credit reports; build dashboards, behavioral segments, and performance cohorts; and evaluate credit product profitability, customer lifetime value, losses, and risk-adjusted returns. Communicate findings to influence risk management and product strategy.

Own Flex’s IT and corporate security function as a hands-on senior individual contributor. Responsibilities include identity and access management, joiner-mover-leaver processes, Okta and Google Workspace administration, endpoint and MDM programs, SaaS governance, access reviews, security policies, awareness training, MSP management, and automation using scripts and internal tooling. The role partners with security, People, Finance, and Legal while maintaining corporate security posture across a distributed workforce.

Own and scale Flex's end-to-end card programs (ledger, processing, servicing, fulfillment, BIN/network relationships). Lead processor and network strategy, vendor and commercial negotiations, build operational infrastructure to run multiple card products across credit, stablecoin, and rewards, and recruit and grow the card programs team.
