Build reusable Terraform modules, scripts, validation tools, runbooks, and deployment practices while collaborating with customer and internal engineering teams.

Lead architecture and production deployment of AI platforms across cloud and on-premises environments. Partner with enterprise architects, shape product strategy, resolve critical production issues, and implement scalable platform capabilities. Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, ML, Customer Success, and Forward Deployed Engineering. Mentor senior engineers and improve deployment efficiency, reliability, security, observability, and scalability.

Drive enterprise AI deployments from experimentation to production by identifying use cases, shaping implementation strategies, redesigning operational workflows, and coordinating customers, sales, product, and engineering teams. Translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomes while addressing governance, reliability, security, observability, and performance requirements. Support strategic engagements, workshops, expansion opportunities, and scalable deployment playbooks.

Own end-to-end enterprise deployments of Dynamo AI products across customer-controlled Kubernetes environments. Configure and troubleshoot workloads, networking, storage, identity, observability, scaling, and infrastructure automation. Lead technical discovery, architecture, production readiness, rollout, incident resolution, documentation, and operational handoff while coordinating customer and internal engineering teams.

Supports financial services customers in deploying AI risk evaluations and guardrails. Translates laws, regulations, and industry guidance into practical controls; designs, documents, tests, and validates guardrails; partners with product and technology teams on user experience; tracks roadmap objectives and performance; and organizes industry roundtables and customer workshops.

Partner with UK and European financial-services clients to design, deploy, and operationalize AI risk controls, evaluations, and guardrails. Translate regulatory and risk expectations into testable controls, operating models, evidence standards, and triage workflows. Lead client workshops, support audit readiness, monitor production guardrail performance, and collaborate with product, engineering, and deployment teams to improve AI governance capabilities.

Deploy and operationalize AI platforms in enterprise customer environments, integrating guardrails, evaluation, observability, APIs, infrastructure, and governance systems. Debug complex production deployments, support cloud and hybrid architectures, collaborate with customer engineering and platform teams, and translate deployment challenges into product and engineering improvements. The role requires strong software engineering, platform engineering, Kubernetes, distributed systems, enterprise integration, production operations, and customer-facing problem-solving skills.

Lead strategic enterprise deployments of Dynamo AI, partnering with customers, sales, product, and engineering teams. Identify AI use cases, translate business requirements into implementation strategies, and design workflows for governance, evaluation, observability, security, and guardrails. Build executive and technical relationships, unblock cross-functional execution, support presales and expansion opportunities, and drive measurable production adoption of AI systems.
