Provide technical sales support by converting customer drawings into BOMs and routers in the ERP, developing accurate quotes, advising on substitutes and delivery options, coordinating tooling/test mates with Operations and Quality, and maintaining customer communication throughout the RFQ and pre-sales process.

Manage assigned accounts and full sales cycle from inquiry through order entry in Epicor. Conduct prospecting, on-site visits, presentations, and demos; collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver solutions; manage CRM, forecasts, and sales strategy to meet revenue targets.

Develop, enhance, and maintain the Quality Management System. Perform inspections, tests, and FAI per AS9102; analyze materials and data; maintain QC documentation; calibrate equipment; manage supplier issues and SCARs; identify root causes and corrective actions; conduct trainings; support New Product Introduction and other engineering areas.

The Program Coordinator will support aerospace and defense projects by coordinating schedules, tracking timelines, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across various teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Provide onsite HR administrative support for two manufacturing sites, handling talent acquisition, onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll and benefits assistance, leaves of absence, safety and workers' compensation intake, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and site-level employee relations and training support.
