Lead month-end and year-end close, prepare consolidated financial statements, manage budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and internal controls. Lead day-to-day HR operations across three sites, owning employee lifecycle, employee relations, recruitment, benefits, leave administration, HRIS/payroll coordination, workforce analytics, compliance, and continuous improvement to support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Provide technical sales support by converting customer drawings into BOMs and routers in the ERP, developing accurate quotes, advising on substitutes and delivery options, coordinating tooling/test mates with Operations and Quality, and maintaining customer communication throughout the RFQ and pre-sales process.

Manage assigned accounts and full sales cycle from inquiry through order entry in Epicor. Prepare accurate quotes, collaborate with Engineering and Production Control, prospect and qualify new leads, maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts, and meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction.

Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and Vault; produce BOMs and assembly instructions; maintain revision control; collaborate with engineers in design reviews; ensure compliance with drafting standards; perform quality checks and support continuous improvement while meeting project deadlines.

Develop new business and maintain customer relationships for custom cable and electromechanical solutions. Conduct prospecting, on-site visits, presentations, and demos; collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver solutions; manage CRM, forecasts, and sales strategy to meet revenue targets.

Develop, enhance, and maintain the Quality Management System. Perform inspections, tests, and FAI per AS9102; analyze materials and data; maintain QC documentation; calibrate equipment; manage supplier issues and SCARs; identify root causes and corrective actions; conduct trainings; support New Product Introduction and other engineering areas.
