Own creative output for sponsorships, maintain brand voice, and manage multiple briefs and timelines to drive CTR, conversion, and ROAS from partner-produced assets.

Own end-to-end creator content lifecycle for DACH, UK, Europe and APAC: source and manage creators, translate briefs, manage production, edit and localize creator footage into performance-focused Meta and YouTube ads, iterate creatives using AI tools, and deliver assets to media and growth teams.

Support international Growth Finance by building budgets, forecasts, and dynamic financial models. Partner with regional marketing and analytics to track KPIs, run variance analysis, produce leadership reporting, and apply AI/automation to improve forecasting, reporting efficiency, and decision support.
