The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle for large accounts, drive revenue growth, build relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Collaborate with sales teams to design solutions, execute pilot strategies, and act as a technical liaison for law firms, ensuring security and enterprise readiness.

The Engineering Leader will architect and scale Eve's core platform, drive product strategy, hire and mentor talent, and foster a high-performance culture focused on AI-driven solutions for legal firms.

The role involves modeling and tracking costs, optimizing financial metrics, supporting reporting for stakeholders, and managing budgets for Product and General Administration.

Build and own Eve's marketing site and GTM engineering stack: integrate and optimize external tools, design AI agents for sales and marketing, implement webhooks and middleware to sync product/CRM data, and create programmatic campaigns and internal tools in partnership with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product to drive growth and automation.

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling (virtual and onsite), manage ATS accuracy, track recruiting metrics, handle onsite logistics and candidate hospitality, support reporting and recruiting operations, and lead at least one operational improvement within 90 days.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities at plaintiff law firms through high-volume outreach (125+ activities/day, 80+ calls). Run discovery calls, articulate product value, book qualified meetings, manage pipeline with Account Executives, hit monthly targets, and progress toward full sales-cycle roles through coaching and performance.

Lead Eve's organic social strategy and production across all channels. Create real-world activations, produce short-form content, build creator and employee evangelism programs, grow executive presence, manage budget and metrics, hire and scale a social team, and partner with brand, content, and recruiting to position Eve as the premier legal tech employer and vendor.

Own outbound engagement for a named book of strategic, enterprise plaintiff law firm accounts. Conduct deep account research, run multithreaded outreach across channels, qualify opportunities, and partner with Strategic AEs and marketing to create pipeline and book qualified meetings against monthly targets.

Build and ship AI-native features across frontend, backend, and full-stack; own end-to-end systems or user experiences; integrate AI models; iterate quickly from customer feedback; collaborate with ML, design, and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable legal-software solutions.
