The Strategic Account Executive drives revenue growth in mid-market accounts, serves as a trusted advisor, manages strategic sales cycles, collaborates cross-functionally, and shares market insights to enhance product development.

Owns company-wide variable compensation, including monthly commissions, bonus plans, quota structures, payout modeling, and plan administration. Partners with Sales, RevOps, Accounting, People, and executives on capacity planning, attainment monitoring, incentive effectiveness, compensation letters, accruals, ASC 606 capitalization, and reporting. Maintains QuotaPath, improves automation, validates HubSpot data, and builds compensation analytics using Omni and Snowflake.

Manage Eve’s East Coast Growth sales team and own monthly revenue performance. Responsibilities include coaching AEs on prospecting, calls, negotiations, and closing; conducting 1:1s and deal reviews; forecasting; supporting strategic deals; hiring and performance management; collaborating with enablement, marketing, product, and revenue operations; and developing deep expertise in the buyer and product. This is a pure manager role with up to 50% travel.

Own growth and product analytics across activation, retention, adoption, and expansion. Analyze pricing, packaging, monetization, cohorts, and experiments; build instrumentation, measurement infrastructure, AI-assisted scripts, agents, and automation; and turn insights into shipped product or growth changes. Lead onboarding, maximize product utilization, demonstrate client ROI, develop case studies and use cases, gather feedback for product improvements, and maintain strong client relationships. Manage a smaller book of business with $10M–$20M in ARR ownership while delivering strategic upsells, cross-sells, and high customer satisfaction. The role requires legal industry expertise, analytical ability, project management, communication skills, and willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.

Oversee talent acquisition, career development, and performance management. Develop global People strategy and ensure compliance with laws. Advocate for a high-performance culture.

As an AI Engineer, you will develop and optimize AI systems for legal tasks, work on integrating models, and establish evaluation frameworks to enhance decision-making capabilities in complex legal workflows.

Own Eve’s product-led growth motion across activation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Partner with product and engineering to build instrumentation, in-app experiences, lifecycle campaigns, growth infrastructure, and automated workflows. Run frequent experiments, measure business impact, drive customer expansion, and establish scalable operating processes. The role requires both strategic roadmap ownership and hands-on execution across the modern growth technology stack.

Design and deliver custom AI-driven legal workflows, implement and scale post-sales solutions, define KPIs and success metrics, inform product strategy, partner with Customer Success to demonstrate ROI, and maintain objective, ethics-compliant processes and playbooks for plaintiff law firms.

Own the full sales cycle for new plaintiff law firm clients across a regional territory. Responsibilities include self-sourced outbound prospecting, pipeline development, referrals, events, partnerships, discovery, ROI-focused demos, deal management, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. The role requires managing a high-velocity sales book, attending industry conferences, and traveling up to 50%.
